Spin

Yoga
Spin is the ideal fitness and fat loss class.  Spin gives you a moderate to high intensity, non-impact workout.  Each class gives you  an outdoor ride on an indoor stationary bike.  Studies have shown spin burns more calories than any other group exercise class.

Body Pump

Pilates
Pump is a non impact class to music, designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights. The class uses all over body exercises focusing on good technique with light weights and high repetitions. Pump is sure to give you that well-toned, lean body.
